RETURN POLICY

When buying goods in our online store, a 14-day right of withdrawal is always required if necessary with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us "Raven" within 14 days of you as a consumer or your agent receiving the best huge item (the withdrawal period). For more information about your right of withdrawal, see our general terms and conditions here.

RETURNS

We refund all unused items with their original packaging and garment tags still attached for 30 days of receipt of the merchandises.  

To facilitate your return process, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at sigrid@ravendarewear.com to give a heads up. The following information should be provided: Name - Order number - Address - Phone number.

  2. Pack your return item with a note of the order number.

  3. Send to: Darewear AB, Ädelstensvägen 63, SE-44260 Kode, Sweden.

    At this moment we can not pay for your return, but we can give you free shipment for your next order.

REFUND PROCESS

We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you chose for your initial purchase. Example: If you paid by credit card, we will refund the balance to your credit card. The refund is made within max. 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items.

DEFECTS LIABILITY

We offer a 2-year warranty period that starts from the purchase date stated on your receipt. For warranty claims to be processed you should be able to present a receipt.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Raven strives to send orders as soon as possible. Our goal is to pack & send within 1 working day after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is different depending on where you live and whether the shipment goes as a letter or package. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days within Sweden. 

We only offer shipping within Europe at this point.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

1. General

The following terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) at Darewear AB in Sweden (corporate identity number 559207-5989), hereinafter referred to as “Raven”, “us” or “we”, on Raven’s website.

 

By using ravendarewear.com and / or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document (Terms of agreement). Make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

 

Orders can only be placed by persons over the age of 18, who are not under guardianship or act as a company. Orders with gift cards can be made by people from 16 years.

 

The fact that products or services are provided on ravendarewear.com at a given time, does not or does not guarantee that these products or services are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

 

We reserve the right to change these terms as needed, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms and conditions that apply to your order is the version that is available on ravendarewear.com at the time you place your order.

 

You understand and agree not to (1) publish, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could harm or adversely affect our company, our business, our products or services; (2) act in a manner or use a device that restricts, prevents, disrupts or completely stops another user from using or enjoying the ravendarewear.com website, or that affects the security of the website, or (3) use any device or attempt to use any search engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including, and without limitation, spiders, bot programs, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site or copy content from the Site. In the case of users who violate this clause or any other clause in these terms, we reserve the right to immediately deny them access to the website and close their accounts.

 

2. Prices and fees

The prices stated on ravendarewear.com include statutory VAT, and exclude the shipping cost.

 

The shipping cost for each order is the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. Our standard shipping cost is 65 SEK for purchases under 1000 SEK. For purchases over SEK 1,000, free shipping. If we are unable to deliver your order in full, but need to split it into multiple deliveries, you will not be charged any additional fees for subsequent deliveries.

 

3. Ordering / drawing up an agreement

 

Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation, provided you have provided us with your email address. If for some reason we can not send your order, we will inform you about this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount using the same payment method you used when you placed your order, to the extent possible. If for any reason the refund has to be made in another way, a Raven employee will contact you to ensure that the refund can be made.

 

Each order must amount to at least a total of 1 SEK (after deductions for discounts).

 

4. Delivery

Raven observes the utmost care when receiving and handling orders and strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen, to a residential address or delivery point.

 

Raven strives to send orders as soon as possible and in the order they arrive to us. Our goal is to deliver within 2-4 working days after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we strive to deliver within the announced time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If the delivery time should exceed 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

 

The delivery time is different depending on where you live and whether the shipment goes as a letter or package. Standard delivery is 2-4 working days. During high season and sale, delivery may take a little longer.

5. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel or return your order from the day you place your order until 30 days after receipt of your ordered goods. If you have been charged for the goods, you will receive a refund that includes Raven’s standard shipping cost and excludes the return cost, if such return cost has been actualized. If you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. You can find the complete return policy here.

 

If you want to cancel your purchase or return your order, we ask you to notify us in writing by email to customer service. Alternatively, you can fill in and submit the Consumer Agency’s standard form. Whichever of the above methods you use, the written notice must be received by us within the 30-day period specified in section 5 (Right of Withdrawal) above. You then have another 14 days to return the goods in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. We will make a refund, preferably with the same payment method you used at the time of ordering (or, if payment has not yet been made for the items in question, ensure that the return is reflected in the balance in your account), as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of remorse of the purchase provided that we have received the goods back or proof that you have returned the goods. Another form of payment may be used for the refund, provided that you approve such a change. Under no circumstances will this incur any additional costs for you.

 

If you have received a defective item, please notify Raven immediately and return the item in accordance with Section 6 (Returns) below. For items that we deem to be defective, Raven will make a full refund. The provisions herein do not limit applicable statutory rights.

 

6. Returns

Raven guarantees a full refund of returned goods in accordance with section 5 (Right of withdrawal), provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were in the delivery to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or carried (other than to test the product) and that the labels and labels are intact.

 

To save on the environment, we do not have return slips in the delivery. You will find more detailed information about our return process on the Returns page.

 

Leave the goods you want to return at a delivery point.

 

7. Payment method

You can pay for your goods in the various ways presented below.

 

Payment before or upon delivery

Card purchase

You can enter your payment details when you place the order by using a valid payment card. Raven reserves the right to check the validity of the payment card, that there is room for debiting the value of the order and that the buyer’s address information is correct. We may refuse purchases as a result of these checks.

 

PayPal

When paying via PayPal, Raven reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that the balance on the account covers the purchase price and verify the buyer’s invoice address. The current amount is reserved directly in your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are sent from the warehouse. Raven reserves the right to refuse all purchases.

 

Other

You will receive your receipt in the delivery confirmation which will be sent via e-mail.

 

You are required to provide an accurate email address and to inform Raven if your email address changes.

 

8. Our responsibility

Raven takes responsibility for any personal injuries or deaths caused by negligence on the part of us, our employees or agents. We do not exclude our responsibility for incorrect information that we have deliberately provided when entering into an agreement, whether such information is provided by our employees or other representatives of Raven. If we violate these Terms, liability for damages presupposes that the losses are a reasonably foreseeable consequence thereof.

 

Raven is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the main loss or damage, such as loss of profit or lost business opportunities, or for failure to deliver the goods or fulfill any of our other obligations under these Terms where this failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, which includes but is not limited to, fires, floods, storms, riots or similar riots, wars, nuclear accidents and terrorism.

 

Our maximum liability to you for any losses or damages that occur in connection with your order on ravendarewear.com is limited to the total amount of your order.

 

If you have a problem with a product that you have purchased from Raven online and have not been able to resolve the dispute with Raven, you can send your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR platform).

 

The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU the opportunity to try out of court to resolve disputes about complaints about goods purchased online. The portal is designed as a user-friendly and interactive website that is free and available in all official EU languages. By using the ODR platform, the consumer and trader can find a dispute resolution body and then go through the process of finding a solution to the consumer’s complaint. 9. Colors and dimensions

We strive to show the properties of our products in the most accurate way possible, including composition and colors. However, the color you see on ravendarewear.com depends on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce colors correctly.

 

The dimensions of a garment listed on ravendarewear.com are only approximate values ​​that give you a better idea of ​​the model or fit of the specific garment and no definitive guarantee of the actual dimensions of the garment you receive. The dimensions of a garment can vary depending on the material used in the manufacture of the garment.

 

10. Warranty

If the goods you have purchased are defective, Raven applies applicable consumer law. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage that has occurred during transport - inform us as soon as possible by using the pre-printed return form and return the product to us.

 

11. Transfer

Raven reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment receivables to third parties, including installments that have arisen in connection with the delivery of the goods.

 

12. Validity of clauses

If one or more of the provisions of this Agreement are invalid or are declared ineffective by any court or supervisory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

 

13. Rights holders

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, graphic design and copyright, on ravendarewear.com, belong to Darewear AB. Any use of ravendarewear.com or its contents, including the copying or storage of such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Raven.

All our clothes are designed in Sweden. The socks and labels are produced in Sweden asweLl. Other clothes are made in Turkey, India and Bangladesh. Most of the clothes are organic cotton.
